Responsible for reliability, resiliency, and communication across lift-and-shift, hybrid, cloud-optimized, cloud-native, containerized, and serverless environments — with a continued focus on operational accountability, uptime transparency, and measurable recovery performance.
Having worked on the vendor side, I understand the types of questions agencies should be asking — where contracts often prioritize vendor protection, where language can create ambiguity, and where operational realities sometimes differ from marketing claims.
I founded Public Safety Cloud Standards to help agencies transition to the cloud with confidence — through measurable uptime standards, validated RPO/RTO commitments, disciplined disaster recovery planning, and clearly defined shared responsibility.
